Radějov lies five kilometres southeast of Strážnice, in the foothills of the White Carpathians beside the Radějovka stream. In 2025, the village had 849 inhabitants.

The earliest written record of the village dates to 1412. Radějov's landmark is the Neo-Romanesque Church of Saints Cyril and Methodius, built in the early 20th century. Southeast of the village are a publicly accessible game preserve where fallow deer are kept and the Kútky Nature Reserve with its mountain meadows.
