Ladná is a municipality in the Břeclav District, north of Břeclav. Its first recorded mention dates to 1271, and the municipality had 1,261 residents in 2025. It was part of Břeclav from 1976 and became an independent municipality again on 1 July 2006.

The Neo-Romanesque Church of St Michael the Archangel was built in the early 20th century to a design by Karel Weinbrenner. The Chapel of St Michael in the centre of Ladná was built in 1849 and features stucco decoration. ALBA-METAL, based in Ladná, manufactures steel arched halls and medical equipment.
